Guidelines For Use of Tactical Training Systems’ Name And Logo
Tactical Training Systems ("TTS") is a leader in the tactical training
system industry. To preserve its reputation and identity and to protect its
trademarks, TTS diligently guards against any violation of its intellectual
property. Therefore, TTS’ name and logo (collectively "Trademarks")
may only be used pursuant to the guidelines in this document to identify TTS,
or TTS’ products or services. Any use that falls outside what is outlined
herein is strictly prohibited. If you have any questions concerning a specific
application or need clarification, please contact TTS’ marketing department

- If you are simply referring to the words "Tactical Training Systems",
no trademark symbol or logo type is required, nor is the logo necessary.
- The Trademarks must be used as provided by TTS with no changes, including
but not limited to changes in the color, proportion, or design, or removal of
any words, artwork, or trademark symbols. The Trademarks may not be animated,
morphed, or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance. Use only approved
TTS Trademark artwork as described below:
Approved Specifications
The ™ symbol should be placed immediately after the trademark, either
in superscript or subscript. The notice should be used with all prominent uses
of the trademark. The notice symbol should also be used with the first occurrence
of the trademark in any text or body copy, even though the notice symbol may
have already been used in the headline or in other prominent places.
*Minimum size, excluding the ™ symbol. Please do not reproduce the mark
in any smaller size because it loses impact and readability.

Further Guidelines
The Trademarks must always be accompanied by the appropriate trademark symbol
(™).
The Trademarks may not be used in any manner that might imply that any non-TTS
materials, including but not limited to goods, services, web sites, or publications,
are sponsored, endorsed, licensed by, or affiliated with Tactical Training Systems.
The Trademarks may not be displayed as a primary or prominent feature on any
non-TTS materials. Companies using the Trademarks pursuant to these guidelines
must also display in the primary and more prominent position, their own trademark(s),
business name, product names, or other branding.
The Trademarks may not be imitated, or used as a design feature in any manner.
The Trademarks may not be used in a manner that would disparage TTS or its
products or services.
The Trademarks must stand alone and may not be combined with any other object,
including but not limited to other Trademarks, words, graphics, photos, slogans,
numbers, design features, or symbols. The Trademarks must never be used to represent
the words "Tactical Training Systems" in text, including in a headline,
product-name Trademark type, or body copy.
The Trademarks must not be incorporated or used in any manner as part of, or
in close proximity to another company's name, domain name, product or service
name, Trademark, trade dress, design, slogan, or other trademarks. The Trademarks
must never appear with any other symbol or icon (except the trademark symbol);
contained within a box, circle, or other shape; or combined with any other name,
Trademark, or icon to create a co-branded Trademark.
None of the Trademarks may be used in any other company name, product name,
service name, domain name, web site title, publication title, or the like.
Non-TTS materials should not mimic any Tactical Training Systems advertising,
product packaging, or web site design.
TTS reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission
to display the Trademark(s), and may request that third parties modify or delete
any use of the Trademark(s) that, in Tactical Training Systems’ sole judgment,
does not comply with these guidelines, or might otherwise impair Tactical Training
Systems’ rights in the Trademark(s). TTS further reserves the right to
object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks or other violations of applicable
law.
Tactical Training Systems and the Tactical Training Systems logo are trademarks
of Tactical Training Systems.
